Privacy Policy

VPNBN (referred to below as "the Service") provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. This page explains what information the Service processes while operating, why that information is needed, and how users can manage their own data. The policy describes only the data processing that actually takes place and makes no promises beyond the facts.

1. What Data We Collect

• Account information. Signing up requires only a username and password, with no email address, so the Service does not store contact details such as email. Passwords are stored encrypted, and the system never keeps plaintext passwords.
• Orders and subscription records. These include the plan chosen, payment amount, payment status, activation time and expiry time. The records are used to activate subscriptions, handle renewals and refund requests, and provide evidence when verifying an order.
• Usage statistics. Plans include a fixed monthly data allowance, and data packs are deducted by usage. To handle billing and quota control, the system records total data used; it does not involve the specific content users access.
• Site analytics. At the page level, the site records aggregate information such as visit counts, referral sources, and device and browser types, to see which content is useful to visitors and which pages need improvement. This analytics data is not used for advertising.

2. Logs and Access Records

The Service does not record which websites users visit, and does not store browsing history, DNS query records, or connection content.

To keep routes stable and troubleshoot connection problems, the system retains only the session metadata needed to maintain connections, such as connection time and the route used. This data is not used for user profiling, is not shared with advertising or analytics services, and is deleted within the shortest period needed to complete troubleshooting.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The site uses cookies and browser local storage for a few specific purposes:

• Language preference. Remembers the interface language you choose, so your next visit opens directly in that language.
• Login status. Session credentials for the user panel are kept in browser local storage to keep you signed in; if you clear your browser data, you will need to sign in again.
• Visit analytics. Used to distinguish unique visitors and count page views; the results are aggregate data and contain no personally identifiable information.

You can clear or disable cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Once disabled, language preferences and login status cannot be retained, but browsing the site's content is unaffected.

4. Payments and Third Parties

Subscription fees are paid via Alipay, WeChat or USDT, and transactions are handled by the corresponding payment channels. The Service never accesses or stores payment credentials such as card numbers or payment passwords.

Apart from payment channel settlement and legal requirements, the Service does not provide user data to third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account and subscription records are kept for as long as the account exists. After an account is closed or a deletion request is made, the relevant data is deleted or anonymized.

Transaction records that must be kept under law are retained for the statutory period and deleted once that period ends.

To request deletion of your data, submit a ticket in the user panel. Once the request has been processed, the account can no longer use the subscription service; unexpired subscriptions and refunds are handled as set out in the Terms of Service.

Policy Updates

When this policy is updated, the new version is published directly on this page, and the date at the top of the page is updated at the same time.

If a change affects the scope of data collection or how data is used, it will be explained in a site announcement rather than changed silently. If you have questions about the policy, you can raise them through the ticket channel in the user panel, and the Service will answer them when handling the ticket.
